Allstars Football Tournament

The GP Bullhound Allstars Football Tournament takes place at Loftus Road, the iconic Queens Park Rangers Stadium. It brings together teams from across the tech and investment community to raise funds for Working Options.

Working Options returns as our charity partner for 2026. Through this partnership, we have already enabled them to support 13,098 young people in-person and 251,285 online, with employability skills and career insight across the UK — support that matters because without timely guidance and real‑world understanding, many young people miss out on opportunities that could shape their futures.

Their approach is practical, inclusive and grounded in real‑world experience.

CAREER INSIGHT EVENTS

Honest conversations with professionals that help young people understand different routes, roles and sectors.

CORPORATE PARTNERSHIPS

Connecting young people with organisations who want to offer time, insight and real opportunities.

DIGITAL CONTENT

Empowering young people with concise, powerful insights into careers. In 2025 they reached over 3 million young people.

Learn more

At a time when almost one million young people are not in education, employment or training, careers education matters. Many young people do not have access to the networks, guidance or practical insight that shape early career decisions. This lack of access can limit confidence and narrow options long before choices are fully understood.

Funds raised through the Allstars Football Tournament and Awards help Working Options deliver support directly in schools and colleges, giving students access to relatable volunteers, honest conversations about work and practical skills that help them take their next steps.

A Story of Impact: Max

Max is a student who enjoyed taking part in the Allstars Football Tournament in 2025. Through connections made on the day, he secured an internship with Orrick — an opportunity that gave him practical experience and a clearer sense of direction. He later spoke at the GP Bullhound Awards, sharing how timely guidance helped him take a step he might otherwise have missed.
